There are a few things you need to be aware of before you start shopping with us.
Off licence
Sections 29 and 114, Sale of Liquor Act 1989
007/OFF/095/2007, dated 14th May 1997
It is illegal for us to sell liquor to anyone under the age of 18. It is illegal to buy liquor when under the age of 18. It is also illegal to make a false declaration of age in order to purchase liquor. If you are under the age of 18, please do not attempt to use this site to purchase liquor. By clicking on Buy Now and completing an order online, you are confirming you are over the age of 18 and legally eligible to purchase liquor. Furthermore, in accord with our off licence, all sales must comply with the following conditions:
- Liquor may be sold or delivered only on the following days and during the following hours: Monday to Sunday, 8.00 am to 11.00 pm [subject to condition (2) below]
- No Liquor shall be sold on Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Christmas Day or before 1.00 pm on Anzac Day.
Ordering Online
La Vino reserves the right to limit supply, and all orders are subject to confirmation.
The minimum order is 6 bottles. On all orders under 6 bottles a surcharge of 10% is applied. Mixed cases are fine.
As well as purchasing online, orders can be phoned or faxed through to +64 (09) 360 0134.
If you wish to pick-up an order yourself you must bring adequate identification. We are required to check the age of any persons under the age of 25. In such a situation we only accept New Zealand Photo Driver's Licence's, a Passport or a Hospitality Association of New Zealand 18+ card.

Shop trading hours are 10.00 am to 10.00 pm Monday to Thursday, 10.00 am to 11.00 pm Friday and Saturday, and 12.00 pm to 9.00 pm Sundays.

Return Policy
La Vino guarantees the quality on all products offered. You have the La Vino guarantee of quality. If for any reason a product is found to be faulty or defective. La Vino will arrange collection of the product and fully refund the product to the customers convenience. All returns must be lodged with La Vino within 30 days of purchase.
